Fit Mama Classes

Our popular Fit Mama classes are devoted to supporting women.  Mamas have the options of bringing their babies to class or reserving a spot for them in our Baby Gym class where available.

FULL BODY SWEAT

Our most popular Fit Mama class format. Get a full body workout combining strength and conditioning using free weights!

​

HIIT & FLOW

A 30 minute high intensity true HIIT workout of body weight exercises that will send your heart rate soaring. Cool down with a relaxing 15 minute flow to start your day off right!

​

UPPER BODY SWEAT

A class focused on shredding the upper body! We ensure it's a proper sweat sesh with lot's of cardio bursts to keep your heart rate on the rise.

SO BARRE CORE

A fun and fiery barre workout that targets your entire body to create an endurance-building, muscle-shaking burn that will leave you feeling refreshed and stronger.

GYM & Juice Classes

These classes are designed to make you sweat!  All classes are co-ed. All fitness levels are welcome.  Modifications provided so you can train with confidence.​

GYM CLASS HEROES

Let your inner athlete out! Run, jump, swing, throw, MOVE! A strength & conditioning class focusing on functional and intentional movement.

HIIT THE GYM

A true high intensity HIIT class using no equipment except YOU! Expect to sweat with this cardio focused class.

GYM FLOW

An athletic yoga style class designed to challenge and restore. Melt into your mat with our restorative mat sequence at the end of our invigorating flow.

LOW IMPACT FITNESS

Low Impact workout using full body movements utilizing dumbbells and bands. Popular class amongst our 50+ community, but all are welcome!

 

LOW IMPACT PILATES

Low Impact workout using light weights with Pilates inspired movements. Great for beginners and popular amongst our 50+ community. All ages and fitness levels welcome!

Class Etiquette & Cancellation Policy

Class Etiquette

We encourage you to bring your own mat to class.  Mat rentals are be available for $2.50  Help keep our studio clean by wearing your indoor shoes or training barefoot. Arrive promptly!  Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class.  Personal belongings can be stored in the cubbies inside the studio.  We ask you to quiet your phones to minimize disruptions to the rest of the group.

4 Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

 

*To avoid credit deduction, you must cancel a class at least 4 hours in advance.

*No shows or failure to cancel your class 4 hours prior to the start of the class will result in a $5 late cancel / no-show fee.    

*Cancellations can be made online, through the mobile app, or by email.

*No-show fees apply regardless of the cancellation method.
