Private Training Options
Private 1:1 Training​
Work with a certified personal trainer that will help you smash your fitness goals. We recommend training a minimum of 2 times a week to see optimum results.

Partner Training
Got a friend, hubby or partner you want to sweat with? Motivate each other to help reach your fitness goals together with the help of a personal trainer. Don't have a partner? Let us pair you up with someone with similar fitness goals and abilities.

Small Group Training
If you have a group of 3 or more friends that want to train together, small group training is a great option! Pricing depends on the number of people in your group.
