6-Week Program | Nov 10th to Dec 15th

Mom & Baby Progressive Strength + Core Series $145

In this progressive program, you'll learn how to reconnect with your deep core and pelvic floor through education and functional movement. We begin with the foundations of postpartum rehab and steadily build toward full-body strength. Expect to lift weights, move with intention, and gain the confidence to meet the physical demands of daily life — from baby-wearing and toddler-chasing to feeling strong enough to get back to the workouts you love.

6-Week Program | Nov 7th to Dec 12th

Mom & Baby Strength & Pilates | $145

Build strength, restore your core, and bond with your baby in this gentle yet effective 8-week series designed for postpartum moms. This class blends low-impact strength training with Pilates-based movements to support your recovery, improve posture, and reconnect with your body.

*Baby Gym (Child care) available for mobile babies for additional $.

6-Week Program | Nov 4th to Dec 9th

Mom & Baby Yoga SCULPT| $145

Using light weights, we’ll combine yoga-inspired movement with strength training to tone, sculpt, and feel the burn—all while keeping baby close. Expect a fun, uplifting workout that leaves you stronger, centered, and recharged.

CLASSES RUN ON Tuesday @ 11:15am

Please note that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unused class credits do not carry over, however make up classes are encouraged at our regular fitness classes during the 8 week series.
