Our Small Group Strength Series is designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and feel confident in your lifting—no matter your starting point. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized coaching and hands-on guidance to ensure safe, effective progress.

Level One – Build Your Foundation
Perfect for those with limited experience lifting weights, Level One focuses on mastering proper form and movement patterns. You’ll gain strength with eagle-eye attention from our coaches, ensuring you lift with confidence and avoid injury. By the end of the series, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to tackle strength training with ease.
