Mom & Baby Strength Series $195

Build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in this supportive 8-week series designed for moms and their little ones. Each class focuses on safe, functional movements to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, increase flexibility, and improve overall fitness—all while bonding with your baby. Perfect for postpartum recovery, this program offers progressions for all fitness levels and a welcoming community for both moms and babies.

CLASSES RUN ON WEDNESDAY @ 11:15am

Please note that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unused class credits do not carry over, however make up classes are encouraged at our regular fitness classes during the 8 week series.
