Small Group Strength Series

Our new Summer 8 -Week Strength Training series kicks off on July 6th!

Our Small Group Strength Series is designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and feel confident in your lifting—no matter your starting point. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalized coaching and hands-on guidance to ensure safe, effective progress.

Level One – Build Your Foundation
Perfect for those with limited experience lifting weights, Level One focuses on mastering proper form and movement patterns. You’ll gain strength with eagle-eye attention from our coaches, ensuring you lift with confidence and avoid injury. By the end of the series, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to tackle strength training with ease.

Level Two – Progress & Push Your Limits
Designed for those who have completed our Strength Series before or who already have experience lifting heavy, Level Two focuses on progressive overload—systematically increasing the challenge so you continue to get stronger. With structured programming and close coaching, you’ll push past plateaus and see measurable results.

Membership Options: 

✨ 2x per week – $336/4 weeks ($42 per class) 

✨ 1x per week – $180/4 weeks ($45 per class)

Tuesday @ 12:15pm with Lauren
Wednesday @ 7:15pm with Mehrnoosh
Thursday @ 12:15pm with Lauren

Thursday @ 7:15pm with Christine
Friday @ 12:15pm with Ashleigh
Saturday @ 8:00am with Christine

Small Group Strength 

Mens

Great for beginners or intermediate lifters wanting to focus on low impact strength training.  We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.   ​
