Small Group Strength $399

Level ONE

Series runs: Sept 10th to Nov 6th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

Great for beginners learning to lift and wanting to focus on low impact strength training.  We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.  8 class credits to be used across 9 weeks.

Schedule: Tuesday @ 12:15pm  OR Wednesday @ 7:15pm with Christine

Small Group Strength $399

Level TWO

Series runs: Sept 9th to Nov 8th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload.   8 class credits to be used across 9 weeks.

Schedule: Mon @ 7:15pm Mercedes OR Fri @ 12:15pm with Nicole

Small Group Strength $399

Mens ONLY

Series runs: Sept 11th to Nov 6th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

We cover all the basics and focus on lifting with proper form.  The focus is on low impact strength training using the barbell for squats, deadlifts, lunges, presses and more.  8 class credits to be used across 9 weeks.

Schedule: Wednesday @ 6:15am
