Small Group Strength

Level TWO

8-Week Series begins July 7th | 1 hour Class

You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload.

Level Two Schedule

Monday & Wednesday @ 7:15pm

Tuesday & Thursday & Friday @ 12:15pm

Saturday @ 8:00am

Small Group Strength 

Men's Level ONE

 Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

Great for beginners or intermediate lifters wanting to focus on low impact strength training.  We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.   

 

Schedule: Wed @ 6:15am with Brennan | Thur @ 6:15am with Brennan
