Level ONE
12 - Week Series runs begins Jan 7th | One Class a Week | 1 hour class
Great for beginners learning to lift and wanting to focus on low impact strength training. We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more. *Flexible classes *Get 13 weeks when you sign up for 12 weeks.

You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload. *Flexible classes *Get 13 weeks when you sign up for 12 weeks.
