Our popular 12 -Week Strength Training series is back launching January 2025!  Work in a small group of 6 people with eagle eye attention from your coach!  Let us help you take your training to the next level!

Small Group Strength $600

Level ONE

12 - Week Series runs begins Jan 7th | One Class a Week | 1 hour class

 

Great for beginners learning to lift and wanting to focus on low impact strength training.  We break down all the basics on how to squat, deadlift, chest press and more.  *Flexible classes *Get 13 weeks when you sign up for 12 weeks.

Schedule: Tuesday @ 12:15pm with Mercedes | Wednesday @ 7:15pm with Christine | Saturday @ 8:00am with Nicole

Level TWO

12-Week Series begins Jan 6th | Once Class a Week | 1 hour Class

You have previously completed a strength series and/or have experience with lifting heavy and are looking to focus on progressive overload.   *Flexible classes *Get 13 weeks when you sign up for 12 weeks.

 

Schedule: Mon @ 7:15pm Mercedes | Fri @ 12:15pm with Nicole

Men's Level ONE
