GYM & Juice is Etobicoke's favourite family fitness destination!  Our beautiful space includes a fitness studio, fully loaded personal training gym, plus childcare for babies in our Baby Gym and indoor playground for kids 3-8 years old.

Grab a healthy snack or smoothie from our Juice Bar Cafè after your workout!  Our classes include strength training, Circuit, HIIT, Barre and more.  We are the home of Fit Mama classes where babies are welcome to all studio classes.
