Gym & Juice is a special place where new parents are made to feel welcome. Coming to this gym has been one of the consistent highlights of my maternity leave. The owners have created a fun and judgement free atmosphere where new moms (and parents) can bring their babies, toddlers, and/or older kids while getting in an intense workout. It's evident that this gym and community was carefully created to lift it's members up. I highly recommend this gym and have been shouting praise for Gym & Juice to anyone who will listen.

For the little ones, they have a fantastic baby gym catering to kids up to 3 years old and once they're older, the amazing kids' zone keeps them happily occupied. It's a relief knowing our children are well looked after, allowing both mom and dad to enjoy their workouts worry-free.

The variety of classes and workouts cater to every fitness level, making it accessible whether you're a beginner or more experienced. The staff is exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist.

This review is for a kids birthday party held in their kids zone - FANTASTIC. The staff were all absolutely lovely. It was organized, coordinated, clean. I love the engagement activities and incorporating a little fun and fitness on top of the indoor play area. Large and comfortable space for a kids party, great people... My only suggestion is more lighting inside the play structure as it is quite dark.

I am so glad I found Gym & Juice! I was so anxious about getting back into working out after having my daughter but after going to my first class, I felt comfortable and welcomed in the space.

The classes, the instructors, the Baby Gym, and the Kid Zone are all amazing.  The best part of this gym is the non-judgemental community feel. I’ve never had this experience at a gym before; it is so family oriented and you always feel welcomed - even when your baby is losing their mind, even when you feel like a zombie from a sleepless night, and even when you feel your body isn’t quite working like it use to. I highly recommend giving Gym & Juice a try!
